Maitlandfield Hotel, Haddington

The Maitlandfield Hotel in Haddington had been derelict for some time and had suffered some fire damage.

Our clients required a programme of complete refurbishment together with the construction of a new conservatory and bedroom which can be seen in the photograph on the left hand side.

The final accommodation consisted of some thirty bedrooms, a function suite, lounge bar and conservatory, and a public bar together with the necessary kitchen and toilets.
